Product PricingConcurrent licenses of Razor® are available at a reasonable price for those who need just a few seats as well as to those who need hundreds of seats.Rates for training and consulting, (both on and off-site), are available on request. IssueWeaver® is a web based interface to the problem tracking database for Razor. It is a separately purchased product; an optional add-on to the traditional Razor tool suite. In order for it to run, you will need to already have a number of Razor licenses at your site.
RazorNT Server RazorNT Server provides Windows NT native server capabilities. It is a separately purchased product.
PaymentWhen we actually receive a PO, we will immediately create an invoice. Service and Support ContractsRazorIn all cases, service and support contracts are required for the first year of owning Razor. This allows you unlimited phone and e-mail support, as well as free product upgrades as new releases become available. Renewal of the service/support contract after the first year is optional.
IssueWeaverService and support for IssueWeaver must remain in sync with the existing service and support coverage for the Razor licenses you would already have, and will be subject to the same terms and conditions.
RazorNT ServerService and support for RazorNT Server must remain in sync with the existing service and support coverage for the Razor/IssueWeaver licenses you would already have, and will be subject to the same terms and conditions.
