 Razor licenses are purchased in packs of 5, according to the table below (please note, service costs NOT included):

Product Pricing

 Concurrent licenses of Razor® are available at a reasonable price for those who need just a few seats as well as to those who need hundreds of seats.

Rates for training and consulting, (both on and off-site), are available on request.

IssueWeaver® is a web based interface to the problem tracking database for Razor. It is a separately purchased product; an optional add-on to the traditional Razor tool suite. In order for it to run, you will need to already have a number of Razor licenses at your site.
  • IssueWeaver costs $2,995.00.
  • Razor/IssueWeaver Combo: If purchased with at least a 5-pack of Razor licenses, the IssueWeaver cost is reduced to $1,995.00.
RazorNT Server RazorNT Server provides Windows NT native server capabilities. It is a separately purchased product.
  • RazorNT Server costs $295.00.
  • Razor/NT Server Combo: If purchased with at least a 5-pack of Razor licenses, the one-time RazorNT Server cost is waived.

Payment

 When we actually receive a PO, we will immediately create an invoice. Actual payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date.

Service and Support Contracts

Razor

In all cases, service and support contracts are required for the first year of owning Razor. This allows you unlimited phone and e-mail support, as well as free product upgrades as new releases become available. Renewal of the service/support contract after the first year is optional.
  • Razor service contracts are $120/year/license ($10/month/license).

IssueWeaver

Service and support for IssueWeaver must remain in sync with the existing service and support coverage for the Razor licenses you would already have, and will be subject to the same terms and conditions.
  • IssueWeaver service contracts are $480/year/license ($40/month/license).

RazorNT Server

Service and support for RazorNT Server must remain in sync with the existing service and support coverage for the Razor/IssueWeaver licenses you would already have, and will be subject to the same terms and conditions.
  • RazorNT Server service contracts are $96/year/license ($8/month/license).
